Certified Notary Signing Agent
Desert Mobile Notary clients work with an experienced, certified Notary Signing Agent. With credentials through both the National Notary Association and the Loan Signing System, I am trained to properly facilitate loan signings for my clients. I frequently work with title companies and other signing agencies to facilitate signing appointments for borrows here in Tucson, across Pima County and neighboring counties here in Arizona.
As a Notary Signing Agent I am tasked with acquiring loan documents from the originating agency and delivering the documents to the borrower for signing. To avoid unnecessary and potentially problematic delays in loan processing, I carefully guide borrowers through each of the documents during their appointment. These documents may include the PCOR, statement of information, trust certification, distribution of proceeds, note, deed, CD and the closing statement. I help clients move methodically through all of these documents to ensure they understand what they are signing and that the documents are completed accurately.
As a notary signing agent, I am impartial but I am also educated. Having served as a paralegal for over 20 years, I have significant experience working with legal documents and I know the importance of accurate, error free signings.
Returning Signed Loan Documents
Upon completion of the signing appointment, I am responsible for delivering the completed documents to the originating agency, whether a title company or other signing service. I also make sure that all forms are returned in a timely fashion. I prefer to hand deliver all the loan documents the same day, or at the latest no later than the following morning.
